    Sport Performance Training

Whether you are returning to sport from an ACL surgery, improving your game to make Varsity, or signed up for your first half marathon, Sports Performance Training is for you.

At the start of your program, we will conduct comprehensive baseline performance testing to assess your body’s strength, power, speed, and endurance. This is key to building your program and determining your strengths – whether you are coming off an injury or looking to level up performance.

Each training session is spent 1-on-1 with your Strength & Conditioning Coach who is educating our athletes, teaching proper lifting technique, monitoring movement patterns, and safely progressing exercises.

    Personal Training

Whether you are transitioning from Physical Therapy or want to begin a strength training regimen — our Strength & Conditioning Program is tailored to meet your individual needs. We will build a foundational exercise routine to get you started on your fitness journey or develop a strength training plan to compliment your active lifestyle.

At the start of your program, we conduct baseline fitness testing to assess your body’s current strength, mobility, and endurance. This is important for building a program to meet your individual goals. Each personal training session is spent 1-on-1 with your Strength & Conditioning Coach who will educate you on proper lifting technique, assess your movement patterns, and safely progress exercises along the way.
