Meet Kayla:

Kayla found her way to the yoga practice as a tool to counteract stress and balance out her active lifestyle. After practicing for several years she discovered a new joy and fulfillment in sharing yoga with others through yoga teacher training and has been teaching yoga since 2021. 

Kayla aims to balance accessibility and challenge in her teaching by providing ways for students of all levels and ages to benefit from and grow their yoga practice safely. Kayla’s classes promote strength, flexibility and body awareness through a combination of gentle or restorative postures and energizing vinyasa flow (connecting breath and movement). Whether you are brand new to yoga or looking to reconnect to your practice, Kayla’s alignment focused classes and individualized approach offer ways to revitalize your body and mind on and off the yoga mat.
