Sami Dowling, LMT, PTA, CTRS, MSRT
Massage Therapist
With over 15 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, Sami has a well-rounded understanding of the human body and its movement patterns.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, she integrates advanced techniques such as trigger point therapy and myofascial release to reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being. Sami’s philosophy centers on the idea that the feet are the body's foundation, playing a pivotal role in overall structural health. The alignment, strength, and functionality of the feet influence the kinetic chain, impacting the knees, hips, and lower back.
By addressing areas below the points of concern, Sami helps clients correct these underlying issues, by improving posture, balance, and overall movement efficiency. Sami is also a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS), which allows her to bring a unique perspective to her practice. She recognizes the connection between mental health and physical wellness. This holistic understanding will enable her to comprehensively address each client’s needs, ensuring that her care is as effective as it is compassionate. Sami also prioritizes education throughout her sessions, empowering clients to develop better body awareness and take an active role in their journey toward lasting health and balance.

Gina French, LMT
Massage Therapist
I am extremely motivated by my passion for helping people, and draw from many modalities to provide therapeutic, fascia- focused bodywork that helps keep active clients of all ages doing what they love.
I blend deep tissue myofascial work with techniques including positional release, trigger point therapy, warm stones, and cupping to reduce pain and restrictions, and to improve movement and range of motion. While many of my clients are athletes, I also enjoy helping people with post-surgical recovery, TMJ dysfunction, and the tissue challenges of repetitive, restrictive, and physically demanding pursuits.
Bodywork Services
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Massages are available from 60-90 minutes.
Located in our Downtown Portland clinic.
