Dirigo Physical Therapy & Performance offers elite rehabilitation and comprehensive athletic performance services to the the Saco-Biddeford region with our state of the are clinic in the Saco Mills.

Dirigo PTP Saco

Our clinic is located within the Saco Mills and adjacent to CrossFit Rising Tide. There is ample parking in the front and side surface lots free of charge.

If entering from the front of the building (110 Main Street), take the elevator and press 1A. Exit elevator and go straight, then bare a slight right and walk past CrossFit Rising Tide. Our door is at the end of the hall under our logo.

We are an in-network provider with most insurance carriers, and we offer competitive out-of-pocket rates.

No Referral Needed

The state of Maine does not require a referral to see a physical therapist. If your insurance requires a physician referral, we can assist in that process to receive the referral, however it is not required before your initial evaluation.
