Dirigo Physical Therapy & Performance offers elite rehabilitation and comprehensive athletic performance services to the greater Portland area & Southern Maine with our three convenient locations. Our flagship Portland clinic is located in the heart of downtown Portland in our comprehensive state-of-the-art Performance Center.

Our goal is to deliver the highest level of 1-on-1 individualized care, utilizing the latest in evidence-based practice. Drawing from specialized training and experience, we offer comprehensive programs, targeting the needs of each patient.

Dirigo PTP Portland

Our clinic is conveniently located in downtown Portland, just minutes from Route 295, at 561 Congress Street. There is metered street parking on Congress St., Oak St., and Forest Ave., and there is ample parking in the parking lot behind our building located at 11 Forest Ave. for a discounted hourly rate. Parking passes are available at our front desk for $4 for 1 hour.

We are an in-network provider with most insurance carriers, and we offer competitive out-of-pocket rates.

No Referral Needed

The state of Maine does not require a referral to see a physical therapist. If your insurance requires a physician referral, we can assist in that process to receive the referral, however it is not required before your initial evaluation.
