Dirigo Physical Therapy & Performance offers elite rehabilitation and comprehensive athletic performance services to the greater Portland area & Southern Maine with our three convenient locations. Our goal is to deliver the highest level of 1-on-1 individualized care, utilizing the latest in evidence-based practice. Drawing from specialized training and experience, we offer comprehensive programs, targeting the needs of each patient.

We are an in-network provider with most insurance carriers, and we offer competitive out-of-pocket rates.

No Referral Needed

The state of Maine does not require a referral to see a physical therapist. If your insurance requires a physician referral, we can assist in that process to receive the referral, however it is not required before your initial evaluation.
