Prior to starting at Dirigo, Mallory received her undergraduate degree in Applied Exercise Science from the University of New England in 2016. She continued on to graduate school at UNE and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May 2019. Having a strong passion and background in exercise science, Mallory enjoys blending her clinical practice around progressive therapeutic exercise and manual therapy to return patients to their fullest potential and prevent future injuries. Her clinical experience includes treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and post-operative conditions of the spine, shoulders, hips, and knees. Mallory has further training in running gait analysis, clinical management of the fitness & CrossFit athlete, and is Level 1 & 2 certified in Functional Dry Needling. Being an avid runner and participating in sports and lifting starting at a young age, Mallory enjoys working with patients and athletes to promote healthier, stronger, and more active lifestyles and has a special interest in treating running related injuries.

Outside of work, Mallory enjoys running, cycling, snowboarding, and exploring the local Portland food scene with her husband, Sean, and Golden Retriever, Tallie.
